Preparing for Sepang! #trainingmode
For those of you who didn't like my duck hunting photo, I'm a country boy who grew up living off the land. I don't do this just for fun, we make the most of everything we are fortunate enough to take. This is the Texas style duck breast wrapped in bacon that we shared with friends and neighbours. And as for Ally being with us, she will know where her food comes from and why we should appreciate it, rather than her thinking meat magically appears in a supermarket shelf.
450lb Blue Marlin caught on stand up 80. Custom Millerods 24kg Short stroker and Tiagra 50Wlrs. Lure used was a custom Jurassic Grander. Short length of 280cm. Fish caught in 1200 metres of water wide of the Tweed. Fish was released.
Had fun back on the Honda this week! #onlytesting

It's exactly 10 years to the day since I gave KTM their first ever Grand Prix victory at the Malaysian Grand Prix 125cc race in 2004! #timeflies
Looking forward to seeing what this little one has in store for me on Father's Day this Sunday!
Thanks @chazdavies7 #ALSIceBucketChallenge complete. I nominate @carl_jocumsen @jamiewhincup and Chris Hillard. I think Ally enjoyed it, not enough video time to tip the second Ice Bucket:) Phew!
Off to go fishing with a mate of mine Jason Wilhelm in Gladstone. Going to throw a few good ones on the deck if we can, can't wait!!
Well I had a load of fun driving the RC off road QLD state titles this weekend. Met a lot of new people from the industry and I think(and hope) that everyone had a great couple of days. I didn't make the A-mains in either 2wd or 4wd buggy classes, missing a little thing called consistency! Oh and stop crashing! Showed a little bit of speed at times so with some more practice I could give some of these guys some pressure, for the lap or two that I don't crash anyway! It was great to see Shane Van Gisbergen give the boys a hurry up, but it was the young Mitchell Steers who was pitting with us that dominated the whole meeting. He entered 4 classes, Top qualified 3 of and won all 4 classes that he entered. Well done mate!! Hope everyone had a good weekend as well!
Received my new tools from Hudy today, just in time for this weekend. By far the best there is!
GCRC raceway ready for the State Titles this Saturday and Sunday. Some of Australia's best drivers are going to be there, looking forward to watching these guys battle it out! Come and check it out this weekend, 49 Newheath Drive,Arundel, QLD 4214
Got my new Hong Nor Nexx10 Short Course 4wd, been finishing the build over the last couple of days, I'm doing all my own Soldering as well now so we'll have to see if that will hold up to my driving... Loving the truck so far though. Don't let the name fool you, Hong Nor make some seriously nice cars, I have a few in my collection now.
Interesting fact I just found on the toilet paper, that would be crap;) *slaps knee* Imagine being in Aus and not allowed to swim at the beach!
Got both bodies painted up now as well, not the best job but as the cars will probably spend a bit of time upside down I didn't want to put in too much effort.
Cleaned my car up and changed the layout of the chassis to find some improvements.
Driving at GCRC today, getting the B-Max2 dialled in a little bit more. Car is better than I am.
Just finished the painting and stickers to my Yokomo B-Max4 III body. Came up better than I thought it would!
